Comrade Easley

Comrade Easley is an incarcerated Black man in Toledo, OH. He has served 27 of a 30 year sentence from a sentencing bill that was reduced to an 11 year maximum in 1996 but continues to disproportionately affect Black prisoners. Comrade Easley is also active in speaking out on prison abolition, critical race theory, and the prison industrial complex. Comrade Easley was an organizer in the 2018 National Prison Strike which was covered by Democracy Now.

Comrade Easley sends love and solidarity to all comrades and is seeking pen pals for social media support and engaging discussions on prison activism and organizing. He is looking to start an ABC chapter in Toledo and seeks comrades in the area to help organize!
